CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 

At Fisanza, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a return or exchange. The following policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by visiting the My Orders section on our website or app. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@fisanza.com or call us at 1800-123-4567 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM).

  • Post-Processing Cancellations: Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery.
  • Order Cancellation by Fisanza: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational constraints. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds for Cancellation:

  • Customer-initiated cancellations: Refunds processed within 3 business days of cancellation.
  • Fisanza-initiated cancellations: Immediate full refund.
2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most products, subject to the conditions outlined below. Items that are not eligible for return or exchange will be clearly marked as such on the respective product pages.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • A return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene, safety, and policy reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized products
  • Clearance sale items
  • Intimate wear
  • Maternity and infant accessories
  • Jewellery
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse.

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: You must provide a valid bank account or UPI ID for the refund.

Refunds will typically take 3–5 business days to process. In certain cases, the processing time may take longer, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free return pickup.
  • You may request a replacement or full refund based on availability.

Note: Damage due to misuse or wear and tear will not be considered for return or refund.

7. Combined Shipments & Partial Returns

If you place multiple orders on the same day or within a short period, we may combine them for a single shipment. However, each order must be returned individually. All returns for multiple items should be initiated together.

8. High Return or Cancellation Activity

Customers with high return or cancellation rates may:

  • Incur additional shipping charges
  • Be restricted from using Cash on Delivery
  • Have return privileges temporarily suspended
9. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and operations, Fisanza reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns or refunds for suspected abuse
  • Impose additional charges
  • Cancel future orders without prior notice
