PLACING AN ORDER


    1. How do I place an order on Fisanza?
      Browse the collection, select your product, choose size and quantity, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout.
    1. Can I apply a coupon or discount code?
      Yes. Enter your promo code in the designated field during checkout before completing your payment.
    1. Do I need an account to place an order?
      No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows for faster checkout, order tracking, and special deals
 

PAYMENT & BILLING


    1. What payment methods are accepted?
      We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (subject to location and product eligibility).
    1. Is GST included in the pricing?
      Yes, GST is included and reflected in your invoice, as per government regulations.
    1. Will I get a GST refund if I return a product?
      Yes, the full amount including GST will be refunded if the return is eligible.
    1. Can I pay for a gift order using any method?
      Yes, all payment methods are accepted for gift orders—except Cash on Delivery.
 

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY


    1. How do I track my order?
      You’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. You can also track it in your “My Orders” section.
    1. How long does delivery take?
      Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
    1. Is shipping free?
      Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over ₹999. Orders below this amount may incur a shipping fee displayed at checkout.
    1. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
      If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact customer support immediately with your updated address.
    1. Do you ship internationally?
      Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is coming soon.
 

DELIVERY EXPERIENCE


    1. What kind of packaging do you use? Is it discreet?
      We use strong, plain boxes or polybags. For privacy-sensitive products, outer packaging will not reveal the product type. Invoices list a generic category like “Ready Made Garment.”
    1. Do you offer gift wrapping?
      Yes, gift wrapping is available at ₹30. You can select this option during checkout.
    1. Will the price be visible on gift orders?
      No, gift orders exclude pricing from the invoice. However, the product’s original tag with MRP will remain intact.
    1. What is Open Box Delivery?
      Open Box Delivery lets you check the item before accepting it. After payment, the delivery agent opens the package in your presence. If the product is incorrect or damaged, you can return it immediately.
    1. Can I pay after checking the item in Open Box Delivery?
      No, payment must be made before unboxing. If the product is unsatisfactory, you’ll receive an on-the-spot refund.
 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES


    1. Can I cancel my order?
      Yes, cancellations are allowed before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
    1. What is your return policy?
      Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags.
    1. Do you allow exchanges?
      Yes, exchanges for size issues are available within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
    1. How do I request a return or exchange?
      Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the item, and click “Request Return/Exchange”.
    1. When will the return pickup be scheduled?
      Pickup is generally arranged within 1–3 business days after approval.
    1. Why was my return/exchange request declined?
      Requests may be declined if the product is used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition.
    1. When will I receive my refund?
      Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
