SHIPPING POLICY
1. Packaging
At Fisanza, we prioritize both the safety and privacy of your order. All items are securely packed in thick, opaque cardboard boxes or high-strength, tear-resistant poly bags to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
For sensitive categories such as lingerie or personal care, we ensure that no product names or identifiable details are visible on the outer packaging, maintaining complete discretion at no extra cost.
An invoice is enclosed inside the package, with product names listed using generic descriptions (e.g., “Ready Made Garment” or “Personal Care Item”) to protect your privacy.
Gift Wrap Option:
For a special touch or added privacy, we offer an optional gift wrap service for just ₹30. Ideal for gifting or discreet deliveries.
2. Delivery Guarantee
At Fisanza, we’re committed to fast and reliable shipping. We offer a 3-day delivery guarantee for orders within West Bengal and a 7-day delivery guarantee for pan-India deliveries. Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will be shipped promptly and delivered within the specified timeframe.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods, public holidays, or for remote locations.
What is not covered by the guarantee:
- Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or issues with the provided billing address.
- Delivery attempts that fail due to incorrect or missing contact information.
- Certain areas (e.g., North-Eastern states, J&K, and remote hill regions) may experience longer delivery times due to accessibility, weather conditions, or security concerns.
- This guarantee does not apply during special promotional periods (e.g., Anniversary offers).
Note: We currently do not offer international shipping outside India.
3. Shipping Charges
At Fisanza, we strive to offer transparent and fair shipping rates. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of your cart and product category.
- Orders below ₹1000 – Shipping charges apply and vary by product category. The exact fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Orders of ₹1000 and above – Eligible for free shipping.
Additional Charges: Customers with a history of frequent returns or delivery issues may incur additional shipping fees. These will be clearly communicated during checkout, if applicable.
4. Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Fisanza currently ships orders only within India.
- We aim to dispatch all items in your order together; however, due to product availability or logistical constraints, some items may ship separately. You will be notified in such cases.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier-related issues.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery in real-time.
We partner with trusted courier services such as FedEx, Bluedart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Speed Post, and First Flight to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
6. Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team at support@fisanza.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
7. Multiple Shipments and Address Changes
Currently, orders can only be shipped to a single address. If you wish to have products shipped to different addresses, you must place separate orders.
You may request an address change before dispatch, but please contact our customer service as soon as possible to ensure it can be accommodated.
